Reality Games for Teams
Reality Games are participatory workshops designed to help teams think better together. They use simple, playful tasks and shared reflection to support attention, communication, creativity, and decision making. The work is calm, intelligent, and human. There are no icebreakers, role-play, or forced performance. Participants can take part quietly or actively.
What these workshops are good for
Reality Games work particularly well for teams who want to:
improve listening and communication
think more creatively under uncertainty
build trust without artificial bonding exercises
interrupt habitual ways of thinking and reacting
reconnect with curiosity, presence, and shared intelligence
They are especially suited to international, English-speaking teams and mixed-discipline organisations.
How it works
I run three practical workshops for teams and organisations, focused on decision-making, and group intelligence. These workshops are structured, time-bound, and non-therapeutic. No personal disclosure is required and nothing needs to be performed or defended.
Creative Problem-Solving Lab
A practical thinking lab focused on interrupting habitual thinking and changing the conditions in
which problem-solving happens. The emphasis is on expanding range and improving the quality of
thinking rather than forcing solutions.
Presence Under Pressure
A communication and leadership workshop focused on clarity, decision-making, and influence
under uncertainty. Participants observe how pressure affects language, pacing, and authority.
Team Intelligence and Trust
A group dynamics workshop focused on coordination, trust, and collective intelligence without
therapy or personal disclosure. Trust is treated as something that emerges from clarity, attention,
and reliable signals in a group.
